Crescent City Endodontics is your gentle, caring greater New Orleans, LA endodontic practice. Your comfort and treatment are our top priorities, and Dr. Cyrous Ardalan and his friendly team use state-of-the-art technology, innovative techniques and modern anesthesia practices to provide painless, expert root canals in a peaceful atmosphere.

Crescent City Endodontics is a practice limited to endodontics located in Gretna, LA.  Dr. Ardalan specializes in all aspects of endodontics from conventional root canal therapy, root canal retreatments, cracked teeth, and microsurgery.

Our goal at Crescent City Endodontics is to take care of our patients like family.  We are sensitive to our patients needs, and providing comfort alongside expertise care is our goal. Dr. Ardalan and his team are caring and patient, which makes your patient experience enjoyable, while exemplary customer service also makes your day a little better.

Dr. Ardalan practiced as a general dentist after dental school and before returning to academia to obtain his Certificate in Endodontics and Masters of Science in Dentistry from Virginia Commonwealth University. This allows him to have a unique view into the overall treatment plan your general dentist has in mind.  At Crescent City Endodontics, we work hand-in-hand with your general dentist to provide you with the best treatment for your individual dental needs.

This is a long review, but important. I live in Metairie and wanted to stay close to home due to my excrutiating pain. I called 7 other endodontists and every one said that they could not see me until closer to the end of July. I needed a root canal, and of course time was of the essence, because I wanted to keep my tooth. The last number on my list of available offices that accepted Humana was made to Dr. Ardalan's office in Gretna, a little too far, but now I am desperate, regardless of the distance. Veronica answered the phone and just like the others, stated that they were booked solid. HOWEVER, she did not end the conversation at that point, like all of the others. She asked me what was happening and heard me crying in pain. She asked questions about my tooth that I did not know the answer to. She felt my pain, and offered to call my dentist to get the information. She called me back after discussing the situation with my dentist and Dr. Ardalan. One hour later from the original call to Dr. Ardalan's office, I was in his chair getting x-rays, and the care I needed. I am terrified of all dentists, and have severe anxiety from a past root canal in VA. I was crying while in the chair waiting for the numbing medicine to kick in and his assistant spent time with me, just making sure that I was comfortable. She has a very calming personality, and made the process easy. I promise to you that they are using the latest and greatest at Dr. Ardalan's office. The tools that he used in my mouth were quieter than I have ever experienced. He kept me updated throughout the process which had me at ease. I certainly do not EVER want another root canal, but if I do, I am absolutely driving ALL THE WAY TO GRETNA to have it done. Veronica, if you read this, you are an ANGEL for making it happen by going above and beyond. This location offers first class service from start to finish.

Dr. Ardalan & his staff are very professional & AMAZING! I had excruciating pain that not only caused me to lose sleep, but also had sensitivity to cold & sweet foods. I was able to not only get an appointment the same day (new patient during Covid), but was able to extract my wisdom tooth & re-do my root canal. Sounds like a lot of work & pain for one visit, but Dr. Ardalan had me out of there in no time & I didn’t feel a thing surprisingly! I use to hate going to the dentist, but now...I recommend him to any & everyone!!!

I hate going to the dentist...but not to Dr Cyrous Ardalan. From the moment you walk in the door, to the moment you leave, the whole team is incredibly skilled, compassionate, and professional. I went in for a root canal after a week of sleepless nights from pain and was very grateful they made room to see me the day after I called. I was admittedly nervous when I walked in but was immediately put at ease by the ladies at the front desk. Jackie got me prepped (she was great too; informative and friendly), and then Dr Cyrous came in. He has the best bedside manner of any dentist I’ve ever had - he explained the procedure well, calmed my fears, and completed the root canal painlessly. My tooth pain was gone hours after my visit. Strongly recommend Dr Cyrous and this practice and will be using them again if I need more work in the future.
